St. James uses a support ticket system for marketing, event planning, and room reservation requests to streamline requests and serve our ministries most efficiently.

How to use the ticketing system:
1. Open a New Ticket
Click on the blue button that says “Open a New Ticket,” in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Submit Your Details
Enter your contact details and select a help topic. After completing all of the required information, click “Create Ticket” to submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
3. Track Your Ticket
To look up the status of your ticket, select “Check Ticket Status,” on the homepage of the ticketing system.
What can I use the ticketing system for?
Reserve a Room with Set-Up Details
Submit your event details through our ticketing system. After you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email and ticket with your event details.
Submit a Marketing Request
Submit information to publish in our website, bulletin, and social media pages. Please be as descriptive as possible and refer to our marketing guidelines to avoid delays.
