May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Join us for "A Panel Discussion on Teen Anxiety and Depression" on Wednesday, May 1st. Topics include Navigating Anxiety and Depression, Living with Anxiety, and Mindset Reset. This event is for teens and their parents/grandparents and any adult who is active in a teens’ life.
Presented by The Grace Mental Health Ministry of St. James, St. Edna, and Our Lady of the Wayside Parishes, in collaboration with St. Viator High School and COMPASS Health Center. RSVP requested but not required.
